Privacy notice

If you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and tells us which pages people visit, roughly where in the world they are and what kind of device they used. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics script is loaded at all.

The site loads no web fonts, no advertising scripts, no social widgets and no other third-party code. Your theme choice and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

What you type into the contact form is emailed to us and used to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold and not shared. Your message and our reply are kept in our email while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. This is ordinary hosting behaviour and applies whether or not you accepted cookies.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for analytics at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Write to contact@clusa.ai.

This notice covers the website only. The systems we deliver run in the customer's building, on the customer's own network. CLUSA has no remote access to them at any point.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be explained.
